    Abstract
This is a quantitative, descriptive/correlational, cross-sectional research. I studed what is the perception that high school students have in teaching behavior, what they see, and what they would like to change to improve the education system and learning. The instrument developed from the literature review was elaborated from the theoretical models of Pérez and Morales. It was applied in a confessional school in the Chillan, Chile, in 2016, to 111 students, aged between 16 and 18 years. The questionnaires were applied at the end of the semester. Regarding the average of the behavior and skills scale, from a minimum of 1 and the maximum possible of 3, the average was 2.69, indicating that these behaviors and skills had a high development in students. Regarding the average of the evaluation scale of teaching activities, from a possible minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3, the average was 2.27, which is high considering that the score reached is close to the maximum value. Regarding the satisfaction of the students with the teaching team, it was appreciated that the average of this was 5.0 + 1.39 of a possible maximum of 7.0 points. This value shows a high trend, being a value close to the maximum possible score. The average scale of behaviors and skills did not correlate with the average of the evaluation scale of teaching activities. By way of conclusion, it was highlighted that the students reveal aspects to improve in their teachers: lack of understanding and favoritism. They would also like to see teaching activities improve. In addition, they have activities outside the classroom, and improve the relationship given to students.
